I see, for sure is that non symetrical and (i think) bizarre polygon array in thta area. In Hexagon you can rework that area and probably the modeller will love to send a clean mesh to allow proper uv ... |

Can you show an snapshot from the model focus in the area you notice is not good?

Use Ctrl+MBM to move overlapping vertices
s=mark poly(green)
p=pin vertices(fucsia)

I think you cant make a backup from dongle because that signify you can have many copies of the dongle.
I suggest be carefull with your dongle and wacth first your pants before take them to the wash ... |

..... You can re-apply that with Shift-T when the mouse pointer is aiming at one of the opening's edges.
