The undersigned hereby declares, under penalty of perjury by law, that as of the date of this Letter, I have taken the necessary measures to delete and destroy the Software. In order to delete and destroy the Software, I have taken the following steps:
- Relinquished all rights to use and upgrade the Software
- Destroyed any and all electronic copies of the Software
- Deleted the license key received from headus
When completed, please fax to headus at +61-8-9443-1632, or scan in a signed printout and email it to jill@headus.com.au.
